• Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.
• We charge a fees of INR 200 for all COD orders.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery times are 4–7 business days within India.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors like holidays or natural disruptions.

4. Estimated Delivery Time & Order Cut-off Time

• Handling Time - 2 days
• Transit Time - 2-5 days
• Total Delivery Time - 4-7 days
• Order Cut-off Time - 12 am (Midnight)

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to us at support@goodomen.in. We will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue promptly.

7. Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, we may charge additional fees for re-shipping the package.
